GUELPH, Ontario, July 10, 2025 — Boundless Accelerator™ is pleased to announce the election of two new members to its Board of Directors. The appointments were officially ratified by the membership during the Annual Member Meeting held on July 3, 2025.

The newly elected board members, Rizwana Haideri and Daniel Gibson, bring a breadth of experience in strategic advisory, management consulting, co-operative advocacy, and operations management. Their professional backgrounds span the healthcare and supply chain sectors, with proven leadership in both private enterprise and non-profit organizations.
This dynamic combination of expertise and perspectives will further strengthen Boundless Accelerator’s ability to empower entrepreneurs and drive the growth of innovative, sustainable ventures across the region.

Rizwana Haideri
Rizwana is a seasoned transformation leader and Principal Consultant at Riz Consultancy Inc., where she helps organizations build scalable, people-first learning ecosystems that drive meaningful change. With over 15 years of experience spanning healthcare, supply chain, and the private sector, she has led enterprise-wide implementations, supported digital adoption, and developed leadership strategies that align people and performance.
An Executive MBA graduate from Ivey Business School and a certified NLP practitioner, Riz brings empathy, clarity, and systems thinking to her work. She is also a committed supporter of grassroots charities, staying closely connected to the communities and causes that inspire her.
Daniel Gibson
Daniel Gibson is a seasoned medtech and healthcare executive with over 20 years of experience leading strategic initiatives, driving operational excellence, and supporting business growth. As the Founder and Principal Consultant of Gibson Growth Insights, he works with founders and their teams to scale ventures through go-to-market strategy, business development, and sales enablement.
Dan is known for creating solutions that address the needs of diverse stakeholders, from clinicians and patients to healthcare leaders and technical founders. He is also a dedicated community volunteer, contributing to St. Mary’s GH Cardiac Care RedDAY, the Waterloo Region CMHA, and the Wilfrid Laurier University StartUp Lab.
He holds degrees in science and business from the University of Guelph and Wilfrid Laurier University, and an MA in Leadership Studies from the University of Guelph.
