GUELPH, Ontario, Jun. 27, 2024 — Boundless Accelerator™ is pleased to announce that Emma Rogers has been appointed as the new Chair of its Board of Directors. Emma has been a member of the Board since 2018, where she served as Vice Chair of the Board and Chair of the Governance Committee.
Emma brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of leadership. As the CEO of the Norfolk General Hospital Foundation, Emma is dedicated to discovering innovative revenue streams to elevate healthcare systems and acquire state-of-the-art equipment. She is a proven social entrepreneur and an accomplished social impact, advocacy, and fund development leader.

Emma’s impressive career includes serving as the dedicated CEO of the Children’s Foundation of Guelph Wellington. Prior to this role, she honed her expertise as the Director of Marketing at IG Wealth Management and as the Director of Community Relations and Engagement at United Way Guelph Wellington Dufferin.
She has passionately dedicated herself to numerous non-profit and charitable organizations and is widely recognized for her philanthropic efforts. Her accolades include the Guelph Mayor’s Award, the Paul Harris Award, and recognition as one of the community’s Forty Under Forty for her dynamic and visionary leadership.
Emma recognized and thanked Quintin Fox, Boundless Accelerator’s outgoing Chair of the Board, who served from 2020 to 2024. “Quintin was tireless in his commitment to the organization and managed through the unprecedented challenges of the pandemic with grace and empathy. We are deeply grateful for his leadership and guidance over the past four years,” added Emma.
The Board and the entire Boundless Accelerator community are excited to embark on this next chapter under Emma’s capable guidance, confident in the bright future ahead.
