Grow with Cleantech
Boundless Accelerator and Uvaro have partnered to provide a robust 16-week training course for individuals who want to upskill to sales roles in the Cleantech industry.
Grow with Cleantech equips mid-career individuals, including those from underrepresented groups, with foundational knowledge, skills, and industry connections needed to support a transition to cleantech sales roles. It’s practical, forward-looking, and designed to put you at the forefront of an industry-shaping our future and economy.
Participants will receive access to Uvaro’s hands-on programming shaped by Cleantech industry leaders. Engage directly with seasoned professionals and employers through guest lectures, workshops, and networking opportunities. Gain invaluable insights into the Cleantech landscape from those at the forefront of innovation.
Grow with Cleantech participants will receive one full year of access to Uvaro’s career focused programming including live courses, workshops with Cleantech industry experts, career coaching, and more! All accepted applicants will receive a 90% discount as a participant of the Grow with Cleantech program. The program is valued at $5,000 and will be delivered for $500+HST (per participant). This program is delivered in a virtual format.
Target Applicant
Who is this program for?
This program is designed for individuals seeking a new job or promotion. To be accepted into the Grow with Cleantech upskilling program, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Canadian citizen (or resident)
- Age 18+
- 3+ years of work experience*
- Growth and sustainability mindset
- Ready to transition to a career in cleantech sales in the next 12 months
* Work experience can be outside of Canada. Work experience does not need to be three consecutive years. Work experience must be outside of full or part-time studies (high school or postsecondary). Work experience can include volunteer work. A participant must be legally eligible to work in Canada. Work permit holders should have at least one year on the permit after the start of the upskilling program.

How does this program work?
Dive into the fundamentals of Cleantech sales during the first 12 weeks, setting a robust foundation for your journey. The following 4 weeks are dedicated to empowering participants with career search skills. Our personalized career coaching sessions focus on aligning skills and aspirations with the demands of the Cleantech job market.
Significant time in the virtual classroom is spent developing and practicing skills as a group. Practical skills application and network growth are core to this program. Participants will practice their skills during in-class tasks and discussions and by completing individual assignments.
Optional virtual office hours occur every Friday 12:00 – 2:00PM ET for all cohorts.
